Put the species you have in mind on your list: browsing and judging in one motion. Per combination BlubHub looks at water type, the overlap in temperature and pH band, temperament gap, size gap where carnivores are involved, invert eaters, reef safety and plant eaters — plus the conflicts the catalog states explicitly.

The verdicts are indicative and based on the data in the catalog. Individual animals, how your tank is laid out and the order in which you introduce them all play a part in how it turns out.

When the catalog says nothing about a pair, the verdict stays “no known objection”: an unknown range is not evidence of a conflict.
