Lamarck's swallowtail angelfish is silver-grey with black lengthwise stripes and a deeply forked tail; males and females differ clearly in markings. It is one of the few angelfish that does not nip corals, because it lives on plankton caught in open water.
That makes it one of the rare angels you can safely add to a reef tank. It does need space, flow and several small feedings a day, plus a tight-fitting cover, because it jumps.
