Care at a glance
Clark's anemonefish is the most versatile clownfish of all: in the wild it accepts almost any host anemone species, whereas most clownfish are picky. Its colour varies strongly by region, from yellow and orange to nearly black, always with white bars.
It is hardy, easy to feed and does not need an anemone to feel at home. It does grow larger and more assertive than the familiar clownfish; keep it as a pair and not together with other clownfish species.
