Leptoseris grows as a thin, fan-shaped plate with fine ridges radiating from the centre, often in fluorescent orange or green. In the wild it occurs down to considerable depths, where little light penetrates.
That explains its preference for subdued light: under intense lighting it actually bleaches. Give it a shaded spot under an overhang with gentle to moderate flow; it grows slowly but very decoratively across the rock.
